How to Prepare For the Interview?

Keep a few situations in mind and prepare short descriptions for each situation. Be ready to describe the situation as needed.

Be familiar with your own CV and ensure it’s updated.

Be honest and be yourself.

Be specific about the situation you’re describing.

Be proud of your achievements and show how you made a difference.

If you are applying for a role that needs to highlight your work/portfolio, ensure you have them ready and viewable during the interview.

Keep your test answers ready as the interviewer will want to go through them.

As the interviews are done via Zoom, do a sound, camera angle, lighting, and Wi-Fi check before the interview to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted process.

Ask questions; as much as we are evaluating you, you should do the same.

Be punctual, dress appropriately, and be professional always. We do take professionalism into account when evaluating a candidate.
